We love this villa! life on the veranda is good, the view is just perfect. Nice to have some books and C.D.'s, we re-acquainted ourselves with Pink Floyd one night and studied the stars! We were amazed to see a comet or meteorite blaze across the sky! Lakka is friendly and relaxed. We hired a boat to explore- the blue caves were our favourite. The temperature peaked at 42 deg C this week, but there was always a lovely breeze through the villa. We hope to be back some day.

The villa was faultless and in a perfect setting. The weather has been very kind to us, hot and sunny but with a lovely breeze. The beach in the harbour was perfect for the boys and they saw lots of fish when they were snorkeling. We hired a car for one day, a boat for another (great fun!) and had a trip to Anti Paxos on the glass bottomed boat- all arranged for us by Routsis. Thanks to Tony and Julia for a beautiful villa and the relaxed and flexible organisation. We hope to be back soon.

We enjoyed a fab honeymoon here in Paxos, the villa was perfect- just what we needed, some days we didn't leave the terrace, the views and sunsets- are amazing! The villa is almost a home from home.

Lakka itself is charming- very laid back and no end of excellent eateries 9 recommend Nionios in the square, all in all a brilliant holiday.

I thought it was great ! I love the sea and the views! The rooms were excellent! the beaches are amazing so many tropical fish! out of 10 I would give this place about 100 ! I wish I could have brought everyone here !

 Stunning ! The villa is just great. We booked the family for a week and were lucky enough to get an extension for a week. We went in the off season which is fine as Paxos is very local and charming in September, but the climate is just perfect. The retaurants are only a stones throw away accross the hill but it is totally silent at the villa. We particulary liked the privacy with no other house in view. The view is as it should be - uninterrupted and spectacular.

We swam and ate good food and had a great bonding time with the husbands of our newly married daughters. We had a great time and will be coming back to this lovely villa.
